How much does septic pumping cost?
We charge $495 for a 1,200 gallon tank, $595 for a 1,500 gallon tank, and $750 for 2,000 gallon, plus any applicable extras like hand digging, after-hours service, or long-distance travel. See our details on our booking page.
How often should my septic tank be pumped?
Most systems require pumping every 3-5 years, depending on household size, water usage and water softener use. If you're unsure, we offer a septic evaluation to assess your needs.
How long does a pump-out take?
Typically 60-90 minutes for a standard residential tank in good condition. We'll let you know if more time or effort is required on location.
Do you offer weekend or emergency service?
Yes! We offer same-day and night/weekend emergency pumping. Extra fees may apply, and our dispatch team will confirm pricing when you call. Contact our after hours phone number for immediate assistance.

What if the tank lid is buried?
We'll dig it out by hand for an added fee (typically $50-$150). We'll quote you before we arrive if access isn't clear.
Are you licensed in California?
We specialize in system pump outs and carry all required Solid Waste Hauler licensing and permits, and maintain full insurance, pollution liability, and commercial auto policies. If you require septic system repair or maintenance beyond our licensing scope, we partner with the best septic contractors in Riverside County and will help you receive the service you need.
Will you inspect my system for damage?
Yes, we provide a basic evaluation of visible components, check tank condition, and recommend maintenance or repairs if needed.
How do I pay?
We accept credit / debit cards, cash and most banking apps (Zelle, Venmo, etc) at time of service. For recurring commercial contracts, we can invoice monthly.
Do you offer discounts for multiple tanks?
Yes, if you book multiple tanks at once or refer a neighbor, you may qualify for a $25-$100 discount per visit.
